You will need four copies of your health certificate. One copy must be attached to your kennel(s) and the other three copies need to be given to our driver. Health certificates can be no more than 10 days old at time of shipping. When shipping to Canada health certificates can be no more than 72 hours old at time of airline flight departure, also the original health certificate will need to be with this shipment. If the receiver is paying for the shipment there will be an additonal $100 service fee. Receiver will need to call us with a valid Mastercard or Visa credit card number.
Anytime the temperature will be below 50 degrees anywhere along the route of your shipment you will need to have an acclimation certificate if required by the airline your shipment is going on. We will not accept any shipments unless the acclimation certificate (when needed) clearly states that the animal(s) are acclimated to temperatures below 45 degrees. Some of the airlines we ship on require a bottom temperature to be listed on the acclimation certificate. We recommend the following wording on the acclimation certificate: The animal(s) in this shipment are acclimated to temperatures below 45 degrees down to ____ degrees. We have seen many variations of acclimation certificates; some make no sense at all! So again a reminder...we will not accept any shipments for pickup if the acclimation certificate, when needed, doesn't clearly state that the animal(s) are acclimated to temperature below 45 degrees.
Effective 02/01/2018 there will be a minimum $12.50 change order fee to any order that we have to rebook, change destinations or add additional consignee info.
