How to Make a Reservation for Your Pet
Pet Air only accepts reservations from customers with a current account on file. If you do not have a current Pet Air Shipping Account on file, please go to our Create a Pet Air Shipping Account page to fill out an application.
Once your shipping account application has been approved, you are eligible to make reservations. We require bookings be made by the shipper at least three business days in advance. Any bookings made with less notice may be assessed a $25 - $75 non-refundable fee for rush handling. Please remember that the cut-off time for each business day is 11:00 am CST. Reservations made after this time will be processed the following business day.

PHONE ORDERS
Agents are available to take your order Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, 8:30 a.m. CST to 4:30 p.m. CST. In order to facilitate the process, please have the following information available when you call the office:
- Name of shipper
- Shipping date
- Exact dimensions of shipping container in inches (length x width x height)
- Total number of animals in the shipment
- Breed, age, and approximate weight of the animal(s)
- Name, address (no P.O. Boxes), and phone number of recipient(s)
- Amount of insurance
- Payment method (The shipper or recipient can prepay once a reservation has been made. We accept MasterCard, VISA, cashier's checks or money orders. However, payment must be made before the ticket is issued.)

Fax in your order anytime to (816) 842-7387. Please provide all the same information as required with a phone order.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, call Pet Air as soon as possible to do so. Refunds for cancelled shipments may be obtained by returning the original air waybill and all paper work in your package to Pet Air 1527 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64108. A cancellation fee of at least $25 or 25% will apply to all refund requests. Any postage, Fed Ex, or handling fees are non-refundable.
