To make an online reservation you must have a current Pet Air Shipping Account and email address on file in our web site database. On line reservations are checked on normal business days, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. As with phone reservations, three business days advance notice is required or a rush fee will apply. Please enter your email address and password below and press the Submit button so we can look up your online account by email address. If you have changed your email address we will need to change it in our database so you can use our online reservation system.
If the receiver is paying for the shipment there will be an additional $100 service fee. Receiver will need to call us with a valid Mastercard or Visa credit card number.
Health Certificate. A health certificate no more than ten days old is required on all dog and cat shipments. Dogs and cats over 12 weeks old must have a current rabies vaccination. The date and type of rabies vaccine given must be listed on the health certificate. Other animal may or may not need a health certificate. We will cover the requirements after a reservation has been received and processed.
Refund Policy for cancelled reservations. Any reservation that is cancelled for any reason, including weather, once a reservation has been made will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% or $25 whichever is greater. No refunds will be made on the Fed Ex or mailing fee charged to send the shipper their shipping packets once packets have been sent out. There is no charge for rescheduling a shipment for a later date. Refunds for cancelled shipments may be obtained by returning the shipping packet with the original air waybills and shipping labels to Pet Air 1527 Grand Blvd. Kansas City, MO 64108. Shipping packets with the above listed contents must be returned within 14 days of cancellation or no refunds will be made. If air waybills for your shipments are at the airport and you cancel the 25% cancellation fee will still apply.
Kennel Size. If kennel size is larger than booked or shipment weighs more than booked, shipper agrees to pay the higher price of shipping.
Pricing. Price estimates received online or by phone may or may not be the actual price of shipping. Prices are based on the exact size of the kennels you are shipping, breed being shipped, the airline we use, cities you are shipping to and from and the airline service level used. This page is not intended to be or should be used as a way to receive a price estimate. Price estimates are available by phone or by filling out our price estimate form at http://www.flypets.com/price.asp . This page is for making reservations only.
Flight delays and/or cancellations: Pet Air is not responsible for any flight delays or cancellations. We recommend you check the flight status on the airline's website that you are shipping on. Pet Air does not check flight status on flights unless the shipper calls us about a delay or cancellation.
